These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Tout & Tout Beauty and any person making a purchase on our online store, hereinafter referred to as "the Customer".

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Service define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of cosmetic products (makeup, skincare, wellness, and dermo-cosmetic products) offered by Tout & Tout Beauty.

Article 2 — Products

All products offered for sale are presented as accurately as possible (photos, descriptions, prices). Tout & Tout Beauty is committed to offering only 100% authentic products, sourced from recognized beauty brands.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are listed in Moroccan dirhams (DH), all taxes included. Tout & Tout Beauty reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price shown on the order at the time of validation will be the only price applicable to the Customer.

Article 4 — Orders

Placing an order on the site implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service. An order confirmation will be sent to the Customer by email or phone.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment can be made using the following methods:

• Cash on delivery (cash paid upon receipt of the package);
• Bank transfer.

Article 7 — Right of return

Article 8 — Liability

Tout & Tout Beauty cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of products by the Customer, or from failure to follow the usage instructions provided on the product packaging.

Article 9 — Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
